In recent years, a large number of domestic bridges use hollow slab beams. As time went by and heavy traffic intensified, the failure of hinge joints as the main joint structure of hollow slabs beams occured, resulting in leaking problems. However, the traditional repair method requires traffic interruption, which makes bridges can＇t be fixed promptly. The paper introduces how to carry out the repair without interrupting traffic, focusing on slab joints cleaning and plugging.
