摘要
在火电厂的钢球磨煤机中,磨煤机负荷具有大惯性、大滞后、非线性、时变性的特点,常规的PID难以取得很好的控制效果。本文设计了一种基于阶梯式广义预测控制算法的控制器,仿真结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,该控制器具有良好的控制性能。此方法运用于某电厂#5炉制粉系统中,成功解决了磨煤机负荷难以投入自动的问题。实践表明,该方法是可行的,而且具有良好的市场推广价值。
In the ball mill of power plants, the effect of the conventional PID controller for the coal load was not good, induced by its big inertia, big timedelay, nonlinearity and time-varying characteristic. In this paper, based on stair-like generalized predictive control, a controller is proposed. Based on experimental simulation, it was proved to behave better performance. This technology was applied in the pulverizing system for the 5th boiler in a power plant. It successfully solved the difficult problem of coal load control system. This application validates this technology' s feasiblity.
