肺癌患者外周血循环DNA检测的研究进展
摘要
肺癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤，其发病率和死亡率均居首位。肺癌是一种全身性疾病，很多患者在发现肺癌时已处于晚期，早期诊断和早期切除无疑能提高患者的治愈率和生存率。目前，还没有用于肺癌早期筛查的有效手段。随着外周血循环DNA的研究的不断深入，以血循环DNA检测作为肺癌早期筛查的手段逐步走进研究者的视野。
