胃癌合并严重颈动脉狭窄一期治疗一例
摘要
患者男，81岁，因腹胀、纳差1个月余。腹部CT提示：胃窦占位性病变，符合胃痛改变（图1）。活检病理：（胃窦）中分化癌；诊断为胃癌入北京协和医院基本外科拟行手术治疗。患者既往有脑梗死病史，左侧肢体活动障碍。颈部CT血管成像（CTA）：右颈内动脉闭塞，左颈内动脉开口处重度狭窄（图2）。高血压病史，血压控制良好。
