浅议律师化解社会矛盾的积极作用

Lawyers Play a Positive Role in Resolving Social Disputes

目前,我国正处于社会发展的关键时期,同时也是社会矛盾的高发期。律师是建设社会主义法治社会的重要力量,律师的政治职责和职业使命使其在处理社会矛盾的工作中应起到更加重要的作用。由于一些主观和客观原因,我国律师参与社会矛盾化解的作用还未得到充分发挥,进一步发挥律师参与化解社会矛盾的积极作用需要从健全制度、积极参与社会管理、提高自身素养、发挥律师职业优势等方面来共同推进。

Being in a transitional period,our country has taken profound changes in society.Chinese lawyers have become the important forces in building up a socialist country ruled by law.For some subjective and objective reasons,Chinese lawyers＇ abilities are not made complete use of in resolving social contradictions.In order to further play a positive role of lawyers for resolving social conflicts,it is necessary to work together to advance on such aspects as sound systems,active participation in social management,improving their quality and taking advantage of the legal profession.
