网络技术在给人们带来极大便利的同时,侵犯他人隐私所带来的社会问题也逐渐显现,特别是伴随着论坛、博客、微博的迅速发展,给网络空间的个人隐私权保护带来了前所未有的挑战。我国隐私权法律制度需要进一步完善,它不仅要能对传统的侵害隐私行为予以禁止,还要求对网络空间中产生的新的侵害隐私的行为加以制约。

Network technology has brought great convenience to people in work,life,but at the same time,the social issues from violating the privacy of others are becoming increasingly apparent.Especially the rapid development of forum,blog,micro-blog has brought unprecedented challenges to the protection of personal privacy in cyberspace.The right of privacy in China legal system needs to be further perfected,It should not only ban the traditional privacy acts,but it should restrict the new privacy act in cyberspace.
