大鼠胃体前壁迷走神经起源的研究

摘要 向成年大鼠胃体前壁点状注射CB-HRP后,发现迷走神经背核内有标记的神经细胞,该细胞在延髓闩平面及其上、下处较密集。标记细胞在两侧迷走神经背核内数量不等,左侧明显多于右侧(P<0.01)。延髓其他部位未见标记细胞。因此,作者认为:大鼠胃体前壁迷走神经节前纤维主要来自左侧迷走神经背核。 Cholera toxin B subunit (CB)-HRP was injected into the anterior wall of the corpus of the stomach of rats. The HRP—labeled cells were found in dorsal motor nuclei of the vagus nerve.They were densely distributed in the middle part of the nucleus above arid below the levels of the obex The numbers of HRP-labeled cells were not symmetric in dorsal motor nuclei of the vagus nerve of both sides. HRP positive cells in the left dorsal motor nucleus were more evidently than those in the right(P<0.01) The labeled cells were not seen in other parts of myelencephalon, Therefore we. consider that the parasgmpathetic preganglionic fibres originates from the left motor nuclei of the vagus nerve mainly.
