中华法系和伊斯兰法系是对世界法律文化发展具有深远影响的法律文明。两大法系的法典作为法律文明的载体反映出夺目的法律文化的光芒。明《大诰》和《布哈里圣训实录》作为两大法律文明优秀法典的代表,在一定程度上具有相似性,在法典形式、案件分类特色和国家强力的保障等方面都具有可比较性。在一定程度上可以形成两大法系的比较研究的进路,从一个宏观的角度反映出两大法系法典编纂的个性与共性。
