Discussing the Weakness of Case Teaching in the Process of Localization

案例教学已成为我国现代法学教育中不可或缺的方法,但在教学实践中,案例教学仍存在着诸多的问题,如案例失真、教师实践经验匮乏、教学目的因循守旧等。这些问题若得不到很好的解决,传统讲授式教学方法的弊端难以克服,案例教学法自身的优势则难以发挥。

Case teaching is one of the important methods in modem legal education. But in practice, there are much weakness on case teaching. Such as the cases are unreal; the experiences of teachers are insufficien- cy ; the objective of teaching is obsolete. If these problems could not be solved, disadvantages of the traditional teaching method could not be overcomed and advantages of case teaching could not play part in practice.
