By participating in the drug treatment and pharmaceutical care for a patient with coronary heart disease, clinical pharmacist provided relevant recommendations in terms of drug usage. The adverse drug reactions of phlebitis occurred during the process of using amiodarone injection, clinical pharmacist answered medical staffs questions on mechanism, prevention and treatment of drug-related phlebitis and give some suggestions.
