Medication Analysis of One Case of COPD

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统最常见的疾病之一。作者结合患者的病史、临床表现,做出用药分析,正确选择药物是治疗的关键。临床药师在药物疗效、药物相互作用以及药物不良反应的认识方面具有自身的优势。本文通过报道临床药师参与一例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的诊疗过程,反映临床药师在合理用药及为患者提供药学服务方面发挥了重要作用。

COPD is one of most common diseases of respiratory system. The author gives the analysis of medication integrated with the medical history and clinical manifestation of the patient, and indicates that selecting drugs is the key of the treatment. Clinical pharmacist has advantages on the understanding of drug therapy, drug interactions and adverse drug reactions. This essay reflects that the clinical pharmacist plays great role in reasonable application of drugs and providing medical services by reporting the clinical pharmacist participated in one AECOPD patient＇ s diagnosis process.
