金丝小枣低聚糖的制备及其对双歧杆菌体外促生长的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以金丝小枣低聚糖的制备及其生物学活性为研究目标,采用超滤与纳滤相结合的方法对水提醇沉得到的粗低聚糖溶液进行分级,经离子色谱法分析得知该低聚糖主要由5个均一性组分构成。将纯化的低聚糖添加到动物双歧杆菌基础培养基中,监测动物双歧杆菌体外生长的情况。结果表明:金丝小枣低聚糖对动物双歧杆菌体外生长有促进作用,表现为动物双歧杆菌最大生长量增加;当基础培养基中低聚糖量为0.5%时促生长效果最显著。 The object of this experiment is preparation and analysis the biological activity of ZiZyphus Jujuba cv. Jinsixiaozao oligosaecharides (JOS), using ultrafiltration and nanofiltration grade the crude oligosaccharide which was ex- traction and precipitation by alcohol. Ion chromatography analysis showed that the oligosaccharides constitute of five ho- mogeneity components. JOS added to the basal medium to detect the growth of Bifidobacterium animals in vitro. The re- sult shows that JOS can promote the growth of Bifidobacterium animals in basal medium with cell production going up The concentration of oligosaccharide in the basal medium is 0.5% growth-promoting effect of the most Significant.
