微波辐射离子液体催化合成乙酸环己酯 被引量:1

Catalytic Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Acetate by Ionic Liquid under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 利用微波辐射加热法,以乙酸与环己醇为原料,离子液体为催化剂,合成乙酸环己酯。考察微波功率、加热时间、催化剂用量、酸醇物质的量比等因素对反应的影响。通过响应面分析法得出合成乙酸环己酯的最佳工艺条件是:微波功率625W,加热时间25min,离子液体量4%,n(酸)∶n(醇)=1∶1.5。此条件下乙酸环己酯的产率为92.3%,该结果与模型预测值基本相符。 Cyclohexyl acetate is synthesized from acetic acid and Cyclohexanol with ionic liquid as catalysts under the irradiation of microwave. It is investigated that the effects of microwave power, irradiation time, the amount of catalyst and molar ratio of acid-alcohol on the proces. Meanwhile, the optimum operation conditions are obtained by response surface methodology(RSM) and are as follows: microwave power 625 W, irradiation time 25 min, ionic liquid 0.24 g and n(acetic acid)∶n(cyclohexanol)=1∶1.5. Under the optimized conditions, the conversion rate of acetic acid reached 92.3%, in basic agreement with values predicted by the mathematical model.
