摘要
单纯以烧结热状态为基础预报烧结终点将导致烧结过程调节的滞后性及振荡性。通过对烧结过程的实验分析,研究了烧结过程反应状态(透气性状态、热状态)的迁移特征,指出在预热带触底点之前,烧结废气温度对工艺因素波动无区别性特征,而透气性状态在整个烧结机长度方向上对工艺因素波动均呈现明显区别性特征。以透气性状态迁移规律为基础对烧结终点进行前置性预报,以热状态迁移规律为基础对烧结终点进行补偿性预报,可以大幅度提高预报的前置度及预报结果的准确性,最大程度的避免烧结过程调节的振荡性。
Prediction of sintering burn through point only based on sintering thermal state will cause hysteretic nature and oscillatory behavior of regulation in sintering process. In this paper, the migration characteristics of reaction states ( permeability state and thermal state) in sintering process were studied by means of experimental analysis of sintering process. It was pointed out that before the end point of preheating zone, the temperature of sintering waste gas had no distinctive feature versus process factor fluctuation, but permeability state showed obvious distinctive feature versus process factor fluctuation on the whole length of sintering machine. Preposition prediction of sintering burn through point based on permeability state migration law and compensation prediction of sintering burn through point based on thermal state migration law can improve preposition degree of prediction and accuracy of prediction result and avoid oscillatory behavior to the greatest degree of sintering process.
