With the development of Chinese stock market for ten years, we have made a lot of success and problem. From the statistic data about the stock market, we can see that there are high P/E ratio and high exchange ratio in China. The author analyzes from the formulas of two ratios, discusses the reason and the bad effect of the two ratios.
