高职院校“双师型”教师队伍培养方案探讨

摘要 目前,高等职业教育已经迈入了大众化教育的行列,但是,我们要清醒地认识到,当前我国高职教育的发展面临着师资队伍建设与高职教育发展的不相适应,教师素质与人才培养要求的不相适应。因此,加强师资队伍建设、提高师资队伍整体素质成为制约高职教育可持续发展的关键。本文根据调研情况,就如何建设一支适应高等职业教育发展的具有较强实践能力、专兼结合的"双师型"教师队伍培养方案加以探讨。 At present, the advance of higher vocational education has become a major problem in higher education. But with the development of vocational education and adjustment, we face the main contradictions which are the vocational education teachers and unsuited to the development of vocational education, teacher quality not meet the requirements of social development. Therefore, strengthening the ranks of teachers, improving the overall quality and level of teaching staff are the key to the smooth development of vocational education. Besides, whatever in theoretical circles or in the practice of vocational schools, "Double" Teachers are the construction of vocational education has been a general consensus. According to surveys, the author seek ways to build a strong practical ability and part of double professionally -titled teachers training program do a simple study.
