离心泵内部流场数值模拟与性能分析 被引量:6

摘要 利用FLUENT6.3软件对ISG65-125离心泵过流部件全三维流场区域进行数值模拟。在多重参考系坐标下,基于雷诺时均N-S方程与标准k-ε模型,采用非结构化网格和标准SIMPLE方法求解,对离心泵内流现象和规律进行了分析,并将数值模拟结果与实验值进行对比,验证了模拟结果的可靠性,总结了产生误差的因素。 Using the software fluent to simulate the machine of the flow field of ISG65-125 type centrifugal pump, based on multi-reference frame,reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and standard k-e model, adopted 3D unstructured grid and standard SIMPLE algorithms, this paper simulates the inner flow of centrifugal pump and analyzes its phenomena and laws. By comparing the result of numerical simulation and experiment, it confirms the results of simulation have a high reliability and summarizes the factors of deviation.
