摘要
简要介绍GE水煤浆气化炉工艺烧嘴的使用条件、结构特点及工作机理,归纳工艺烧嘴的烧损模式主要为外喷嘴表面材料发生龟裂、中喷嘴的冲蚀磨损及冷却盘管焊缝热应力开裂等,分析烧毁模式产生的原因,针对烧毁机理,结合实践经验,提出工艺烧嘴修复及改进的措施。
Service condition,structural features and working principle for process burner on GE coal-slurry gasifier are briefly introduced,the mode of burning loss of process burner is chiefly concluded as cracks appeared on facing material of outer nozzle,washout abrasion of middle nozzle and heat stress cracking on welding joint of cooling coil;with the analysis of causes for the mode burn through and based on the burn through mechanism and practical experiences,the measures for both repair and improvement of process burner are proposed.
