再生塔底贫液泵振动原因分析及处理

摘要 再生塔底贫液泵设计流量过大,采用泵出口阀节流调节,泵频繁出现故障。经计算和论证,提出减小叶轮直径来降低原泵的额定流量,使泵的参数满足工艺生产要求,改造后取得了良好的效果。 The flowrate of lean-liquor pump at bottom regenerating tower is overdesigned and a pump discharge valve is used for throttling governing and this leads to a frequent trouble to the pump.After calculation and demonstration the reduction of impeller diameter to reduce the rated flowrate of original pump is proposed and this may make the pump parameters meet process production requirement,a good effect is received after the transformation.
