Study on the Index System of Digital Resources' Performance Evaluation for the Consortia Acquisition of Digital Resources from Consortia Based on AHP

文章探讨了集团采购数字资源的采购模式、服务、共享等特点,通过对专家、图书馆数字资源采购馆员等的调查,得出了集团引进数字资源绩效评价的完整的指标体系及重要程度,并利用层次分析方法计算出每个子指标的权重。

This paper investigated the characteristics of procurement mode,service and sharing about the consortia acquisition of digital resources from Jiangsu consortia.The complete index system and the significance of the evaluation on digital resources of consortia acquisition was obtained by surveying experts and purchasing clerks of digital resources in the library,then the weight of every sub-indicator was calculated by the method of the Analytical Hierarchy Process（AHP）.
