摘要 脐血间充质干细胞(Human umbilical cord blood-mesenchymal stem cells,HUCB-MSCs)具有多向分化潜能,一定条件下可以分化为神经元。随着对其生物学特性以及体外培养定向分化方面研究的深入,人们越来越意识到其在神经修复方面的巨大作用,HUCB-MSCs移植有望成为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic-Ischemia Encephalopathy,HIE)的根治性疗法。
