河北省中小民营企业融资困境的成因及对策

Reasons and contermeasure of dilemma in finance for small-medium sized private enterprises in Hebei province

河北省的中小型民营企业发展迅速,在促进河北省社会经济发展和提高就业水平方面扮演着一个越来越重要的角色。但在融资难问题始终困扰着广中小民营企业。本文选择这一问题作为研究对象,以对河北省中小民营企业融资困境的状况的分析作为切入点,进而从金融机构、地方政府以及中小型企业自身三个方面深入探究了产生上述困境的根源,最后提出了多方结合解决融资困境的对策建议,从而为解决这一现实问题提供了具有较强可操作性的参考与借鉴。

In recent years, small-medium sized private enterprises of Hebei province have made rapid progress, they play an important role in stimulating economic growth and employment in our province. But the dilemma in finance stays the further development of these enterprises .Aimed at the solution to the problems, the paper analyzes the present situation on finance for small-medium sized private enterprise of Hebei province ,then the reasons why the enterprises slip into the dilemma are explained at the angle of financial agency, local government and these enterprises respectively. Finally the contermeasures based on cooperation among various parties are advanced to tackle the problem. Thus the practice can be inspired by the practical proposals.
