真正的高校后勤社会化改革是一个系统、渐进的过程,近年来高校后勤社会化改革步骤有所放缓,目前正处于回头看和进一步深化改革的关键时期。客观分析高校后勤社会化改革现状和面临的困难,理解政府在深化高校后勤改革进程发挥龙头作用的重要性,探明抓紧成立专门机构、出台改革政策、制订统一后勤服务规范和标准体系的途径,反思后勤服务行业持续发展的关键策略。

The substantial reform of college logistics socialization is a systematic and progressive process. In recent years such an endeavor has slowed down and is now at the critical period of reinforcement and furtherance. This paper, by basing on the matter-of-fact analysis of the current situation and difficulties of the reform of college logistics socialization, highlights the importance of government＇s key role in deepening the reform of college logistics socialization, develops the approaches with regard to establishing special organizations, making policies of reform and enacting the norms and standard system for logistics services, coming up with the critical strategies for the sustainable development of logistics services.
