摘要
目的:探讨背根节神经元和坐骨神经中存在嗅觉受体基因的表达。方法:采用表达谱芯片检测坐骨神经离断后嗅觉受体在背根节神经元和近端坐骨神经中的表达变化,并用RT-PCR验证芯片结果。结果:背根节神经元和坐骨神经中存在嗅觉受体的表达,而且在坐骨神经离断后它们的表达发生显著改变。结论:首次报道了嗅觉受体在背根节神经元和坐骨神经中的表达,推测嗅觉受体可能在坐骨神经离断后与检测各种刺激信号相关。
Objective: To investigate the presence of expression of olfactory receptors in dorsal root ganglia(DRGs) and sciatic nerves(SNs).Methods: The expression of olfactory receptors in dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerves was examined at different time points post sciatic nerve transection by using rat microarrays.The microarray data was further confirmed by RT-PCR.Results: There are a large number of the expressed olfactory receptors in dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerves,and the expressions of olfactory receptors in dorsal root ganglia and proximal sciatic nerves were changed post sciatic nerve transection.Conclusion: we,for the first time,reported the presence of olfactory receptors in dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerves and regarded these olfactory receptors might play roles in detecting stimulus post sciatic nerve transection.
