银杏叶活性成分提取工艺及其抗氧化性的研究

摘要 银杏叶的主要活性成分为黄酮类和萜内酯类化合物。本文采用热水浸提方式对银杏叶中的抗氧化成分进行提取,并对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,银杏叶、去离子水料液比1:20、煮沸提取2h,经过脱盐浓缩,得到的提取物具有较强的DPPH·自由基清除能力,并对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基也有一定的清除能力。最后,通过离子交换树脂来降低提取物的离子浓度,使其符合化妆品原料的要求,以期为综合开发银杏叶资源提供一定的理论依据.并为化妆品行业提供原料。 Flavonoides and ginkgolides are the most important active materials in gingko biloba leaves. This article was extracted the antioxidants from Ginkgo biloba leaf by hot water extraction method, and the optimization of the extraction process.The results showed that ginkgo biloba with deionized water by ratio 1:20, and boiling it 2 hours.After desalination and concentration,we get the extract which has a strong DPPH .radical scavenging capacity, and has a certain superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity. The last, we need to reduce the ion concentration of the Ginkgo biloba extract by ion exchange resin, in order to meet the requirement of cosmetic raw materials. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the integrated Ginkgo biloba resources development, and provide raw material for the cosmetics industry
