居住区院落空间的生态构建——以汉中某小区为例

Ecology design of compound space in residential area——by a community in Hanzhong as the example

在生活节奏如此之快的今天,我们所希望的的住区不再是仅仅供人们休息的地方,而是试图营造让人们在生活与工作之余找回自我以及归属感,享受和睦的邻里关系。以汉中滨江的一个住宅区设计为例,整个设计围绕中国民居的精髓"院落"展开,从小区到组团再到单栋住宅,院落以不同的形式表达出来,同时在设计中注重居住者相互交流的空间的设计,从而使邻里之间的关系得到改善。

In today’s such a fast life pace,we hope for that the residential area is not only a place for the people to sleep at night,but trying to create an atmosphere that can make people find the real self and a sense of belonging after learning and work,and be able to enjoy the harmonious neighborhood relations.This project is a residential design in Jiangbin area of Hanzhong.The whole design has been spread out around the Chinese folk essence of ＂courtyard＂.From small part to the group and then to the monomer house,the courtyards can be expressed by different forms.At the same time,during the design,we pay more attention to the space design for residents’ mutual exchange,so as to improve the neighborhood relationship.
