文化强国视阈下的海洋文化建设刍论

Preliminary discussion on the construction of marine culture

对海洋文化概念、海洋文化建设的重要性进行了分析,指出当前我国海洋文化建设中,仍存在着不少问题,如何建设好海洋文化成为当务之急。并提出了几点建议:继承发扬中华民族海洋文化的优势,借鉴世界先进优秀海洋文化;培养民族海洋意识;加大政府海洋文化投入;扶持海洋文化产业,从而实现海洋强国战略,提高国家文化软实力。

The paper analyzes the concept of marine culture,the importance of the construction of marine culture.It points out that in the construction of China’s maritime culture,there are still many problems;how to build marine culture has become a top priority.And it puts forward a few suggestions：inheriting and carrying forward the advantages of the marine culture of the Chinese nation,learning from the world’s most advanced excellent marine culture;training national maritime awareness;increasing the Government’s marine cultural investment;supporting the marine culture industry in order to achieve the strategy of maritime power and improve the national culture soft power.
