摘要
从剖析一般教案格式在教学设计中存在的不足入手,以培养和提高实习生教学研究意识和能力为目标,结合实习生在教学设计中存在的不良倾向,针对性地提出"教学目标逐级分解教案格式",以加强"每一教学目标"和"教学方法设计"之间匹配性和有效性思考,促进教案格式在教学设计中的功能发挥。
This paper starts from insufficient analysis of general lesson plans format in the instructional design to cultivate and improve the awareness and ability of intern teaching and research for target combined with intern negative tendencies in the instructional design,and it puts forward the teaching plan’s format for "gradual decomposition of the teaching objectives",in order to strengthen the match between each teaching objectives and teaching methods,and promote the functioning of it in the instructional design.
