摘要
以某600MW汽轮机再热第一级叶栅为研究对象,采用欧拉-拉格朗日法,数值模拟了其叶栅通道内固体颗粒的运动特性,研究了固体颗粒的运动规律,分析了固体颗粒对静叶片、动叶片的冲蚀特点。
The first stage in the mediate pressure cylinder of one 600MW steam turbine was researched in the paper. Using the Euler-Lagrange method, the flow characteristic of solid particles in the cascade channels was numerical simulated. The law of motion of the solid particles in the cascade channels was analyzed. And the erosion characteristic on the nozzle blade and rotating blade caused by solid particles was also analyzed.
