摘要
构建了超超临界火电机组的热经济性分析和分析数学模型,并对某台超超临界1 000MW机组开展了热经济性和分析,该机组全厂热效率为45.75%,而效率为44.64%。汽轮机高压缸、中压缸、低压缸的效率分别为94.83%,96.76%和89.82%,均高于其相对内效率。此外,探讨了提高机组节能潜力的措施。
The energy and exergy analysis of a 1 000MW ultra supercritical power unit are presented. The thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of this power unit are 45.75% and 44.64%, respectively. The difference between the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency depend on the difference of the chemical exergy and the low calorific capacity of coal. The exergy efficiencies of the high ressure turbine,intermediate pressure turbine and low pressure turbine are 93.20% ,96.18% and 89.61% .higher than their internal efficiency. In addition.the effect measures for energy conservation were analvzed.
