摘要
阀门钢是制造内燃机进排气门的专用特殊材料,使用中经受频繁反复的高速运动和磨擦冲击,负荷大.本文对阀门钢4Cr10Si2Mo轧制、球化退火、淬火及调质等热处理生产过程的组织进行分析对比,确定了各个热处理过程的组织特点.
Valve steel is the dedicated special material to manufacture the intake and exhaust doors of internal combustion engine. It is heavily loaded due to its use in subjection to frequently repeated high-speed movements and friction shocks. Focusing on the analysis and comparison of the heat treatment production process organization of Valve Steel 4CrlOSi2Mo's rolling, spheroidizing an- nealing, quenching, quenching and tempering etc. the organizational characteristics of various heat processes has been ensured.
