This thesis firstly introduced the specific application of pilotless airplane aerophotograph system in land monitoring and law enforcement.Then it elaborated the workflow and technical route of land monitoring and law enforcement.This thesis also expounded the key technology in the manufacture of DOM,in the data extraction of map spot by the land use change and monitoring,and in the manufacture of land use remote sensing dynamic monitoring map.
