公开版电子地图是一种集成了地图、数据库、保密处理、计算机网络等技术的综合性测绘产品,其一般由地图原图数据库、电子地图、地图瓦片3种成果组成,同时具有普通地图、地图原图、数字测绘成果、网络地图等多种测绘成果类型的特性。阐述了依据GB/T24356-2009《测绘成果质量检查与验收》、GB/T18316-2008《数字测绘成果质量检查与验收》及GB/T19996-2005《公开版地图质量评定标准》3种规范对公开版电子地图项目中多种质量元素进行检验的方法与实践经验。

Public version of electronic map is a comprehensive surveying and mapping products,integration of map,database,security processing,computer network technology,be composed of the original map database,electronic map,map tiles,at the same time having the characteristic of general map,original map,digital surveying and mapping achievements,network map.This paper described how to use GB/ T 24356-2009 Specifications for Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Surveying and Mapping Product,GB/T 18316-2008 Specifications for Inspection and Acceptance of Quality of Digital Surveying and Mapping Achievements,GB/T 19996-2005 Standard for Quality Assessment of Published Mapping Products inspect multiple quality elements in map project,and introduced some methods and practice experience.
