摘要
为了提高江汉油田直馏混合溶剂油的质量 ,采用催化加氢的方法脱除油中的芳烃 ,应用Ni -Al催化剂 ,在10 0mL加氢反应装置上分别考察了不同操作条件下江汉油田直馏混合溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的效果 .结果表明 :在反应压力为 0 .3~ 1.0MPa ,氢油体积比为 6 0~ 90 ,反应温度为 130~ 16 0℃ ,空速为 1.0~ 2 .5h- 1 较宽的操作条件下 ,催化加氢脱芳烃的效果均较好 ,加氢后油中苯的质量分数小于 0 .0 2 % ,甲苯的质量分数小于 0 .0 5 % ;
To improve the quality of Jianghan oil field petroleum refining solvent oil blended, catalytic hydrogenization was used in dearomatization of the oil over a Ni-Al catalyst, catalytic hydrodearomatization of the feed was carried out on a 100 mL hydrogenizing unit with different manipulating conditions. Effects of reaction conditions on the dearomatization were investigated, the preferred results wewe obtained at reaction conditions of 0.3~1.0 MPa H 2/oil volume ratio of 60~90, 130~160 ℃ and SV=1.0~.2.5 h -1 . Under this condition, the hydrogenated oil contains less than 0.02% benzene and 0.05% toluene. Content of aromatic substance above meets the requirements with this method, all sorts of solvent oil producted by fractional distillation correspond to national quality standards.
