摘要
独立学院从诞生到发展迅猛、成绩显著只花了十余年。在高考生逐年递减的情况下，独立学院如何继续立足于高等教育行业，如何培养技能应用型人才，采用何种培养模式，已成为迫切需要解决的问题。以四川外语学院成都学院“1＋N”培养模式为研究对象，探讨独立学院人才培养方向。
It takes only decade years from the birth to the rapid development of Independent Institutes. But in the context of annual decrease of candidates, it＇s necessary to explore new pattern to improve the quality of applied talents. This paper regards new training pattern ＂1＋N＂ of Chengdu Institute Sichuan International Studies University as the research objects, discusses the direction of educating students in Independent Institutes.
