摘要
建立了侧钻水平井射孔管柱力学模型 ,用有限元法的间隙元理论对侧钻水平井射孔管柱进行了力学分析 ,考虑了射孔管柱与井壁之间的接触摩擦阻力对射孔管柱受力变形的影响 ,给出了射孔管柱接触力、摩擦力和管柱应力的计算方法 .现场应用效果良好 ,在井身曲率半径 6 3.7m的实际侧钻水平井中 。
A static model of perforated string in side tracking horizontal well is built. The model is solved by the theory of gap element of finite element method. Fully considering the force and deformation state of perforated string on base of combining the contact friction between perforated string and borehole face, we give a calculation procedure for calculating contact force, friction and stress of perforated string, which provides a theoretical basis for calculation of static strength and reliability evaluation of perforated string, and offers practical method for designing and forecasting the static strength of perforated string .Application in practice confirms that the static model and method proposed in this paper is correct and valid enough to meet engineering requirements, and can be extended and applied in engineering.
