铁路生产效率测定及其技术经济因素分析——基于DEA-模糊物元-Tobit模型 被引量:4

摘要 提高生产效率是铁路参与市场竞争,服务国民经济可持续发展的必然要求。应用DEA方法测量铁路近12年的生产效率,在第二阶段将铁路技术经济因素分类降维并进行基于熵权的模糊物元处理,并在第三阶段通过Tobit模型对影响生产效率的技术经济因素予以识别。研究表明:(1)我国铁路总体生产效率较低,规模无效率是主要原因,但总体效率呈逐年增长趋势;(2)分类的4个技术经济因素呈逐年增强的趋势;(3)分类的3个技术经济因素和生产效率关联性显著,技术进步对生产效率的提高具有明显的正向作用。 Improving production efficiency is the inevitable requirement for railway's participation in market competition and service for national economy's sustainable development.We use DEA method to measure railway system's production efficiency in recent 12 years,in the second phase we use fuzzy matter-element processing based on the entropy to classify railway technology economic factors for dimension reduction,and to identify technical and economic factors affecting production efficiency through Tobit model in the third phase.Researches have shown that:(1)China railway overall production efficiency is low,lower scale inefficiency is the main reason,but overall efficiency is increasing;(2)The classification of the four technical and economic factors is increasing;(3)Classification of the three technical and economic factors is significantly relevant with production efficiency and technological progress has obvious positive effect to production efficiency's increase.
