In order to effectively deal with the continues influence of international financial crisis,and to ensure region economy short-term interests and enhance long-term competitiveness,Northeast region should comply with world green economic growth trend and our＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂,make full use of resources and environment conditions,and green development foundation and industry and agricultural traditional advantage.Taken green development as a response to the economic growth＂domestic trouble and foreign invasion＂breach,business and innovation of the management system as the engine,the economic crisis challenges as green growth opportunities,Northeast region should strive to seize the initiative and gain the initiative.
