摘要
新修订的《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》提出英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。要体现这种双重性,需要全面认识英语教育的核心价值、赋予“情感态度”新内涵、革新“跨文化交际”观念、重构英语学习的目标。英语教育要体现人文性,应设立“多元目标”,即“语言交流”、“思维认知”和“社会文化”三个目标。多元目标的理念是通过英语学习实现语言交流和其他目标,语言交流只是外语学习的目标之一。三个目标互为交叉,是单独且同等重要的。
It has been proposed that English curriculum has a dual attribute of instrumentality and humanity in the newly issued English Curriculum Standard. In order to embody the dual attribute of English curriculum, we are supposed to have a thorough understanding of the core value of the English language education, to endow "emotion and altitude" with new content, to reform the concept o[ "intercultural communication", and to re-construct the English Language learning goals. The three learning goals including language communication, cognition and social culture should be set up to realize the humanity of the English 1.anguage education. And these three goals are interlocking and equally important, so we should not focus our attention only on language communication and neglect the others.
