基于模糊PI控制的实验平台设计与实现

摘要 针对Festo教学演示型实验平台在扩展性研究方面的不足,提出了一种基于模糊PI控制的半实物仿真平台设计方案:利用Matlab实现模糊PI虚拟控制器的设计,利用组态软件实现虚拟控制器与实验装置I/O接口设备的无缝连接。Simulink仿真结果表明模糊PI控制具有调节时间短、无超调量及稳态偏差、控制精度高等优点,为其在实验平台的应用提供了理论依据。 Against the shortcomings of the research on expansibility of the teaching experimental platform,this paper put forward a kind of design scheme of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform based on fuzzy PI controller.Namely,use the Matlab to design the fuzzy PI virtual controller;and using configuration software to realize seamless connection between virtual controller and experimental device I/O interface device.The results of simulation shows that fuzzy-PI control have the advantage of short regulating time,no overshoot and stabilizing error,excellent control accuracy and so on,and provide the theoretical basis for application of fuzzy PI control in the new experiment platform.
