近十年来,中非合作论坛框架下的中非教育合作不仅促进了非洲国家教育的发展和改革,同时也扩大了中国在非洲的影响力。在新时期,中非教育合作出现了一些新的发展趋势,合作内容由"减少贫困"向"促进发展"转型,合作主体由"政府行动"向"社会行动"转型,合作方式由"输血援助"向"造血援助"转型。与此相适应,需要建立双边合作的交流机制,通过加强中非留学生交流,扩大汉语教育和文化影响力,建立合作研究和培训基地,深化中非教育合作研究机制等方式推进中非教育合作的持续发展。

During the past decade, in the framework of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, China-Africa educational cooperation has not only promoted the development of education and reform in Africa countries, but also expanded the influences of China in Africa. Nowadays, the China-Africa educational cooperation has turned up some new trends, such as the aid content has transformed from ＂poverty reduction＂ to ＂promoting development＂, the aid subject has transformed from ＂government action＂ to ＂social action＂, and the aid mode has transformed from ＂transfusion assistance＂ to ＂hematopoietic assistance＂. Therefore, to continually promote China-Africa educational cooperation needs planning a bilateral cooperation mechanism, such as promoting the in-depth China-Africa student exchange, expanding Chinese education and culture influence, establishing a cooperative research and training base, and deepening China-Africa cooperation in education research mechanism, etc.
