Re-discussing the Teachers' Professionalization of Moral Education

摘要 教育根本性质保障与德育实效提高的一个关键性因素是充分实现"教师德育专业化",但是,在世界范围内"教师德育专业化"这一命题尚未引起应有的关注,甚至普遍存在"教师专业化"的概念缺损问题"。教师德育专业化"的类型包括"教师的德育专业化"和"德育教师的专业化",内涵包括专业伦理和专业知能,过程包括专业的整体发展和教师个体德育专业化。实现"教师德育专业化",政府要建立与"教师德育专业化"要求相配套的制度,以及完善的促进"教师德育专业化"的政策体系;大学应加强对"教师德育专业化"的学术研究和"教师德育专业化"实践模式的探索与创新;中小学校需探索建立"教师德育专业化"的校本模式,教师则应自觉做自身德育专业化的主人。 The key factor of guaranteeing educational fundamental nature and improving moral educational effectiveness is to fully realize teachers' professionalization of moral education. However, this proposition of teachers' professionalization of moral education around the world hasn't aroused proper concern; the problem of concept defect of teacher professionalization is even prevalent. The types of teachers' professionalization of moral education include teachers' moral educational professionalization and the moral educational teachers' professionalization. The connotation of teachers' professionalization of moral education contains professional ethics and professional knowledge and skills. The procedure of teachers' professionalization of moral education contains professional overall development and teachers'individual moral educational professionalization. In order to realize teachers' professionalization of moral education, the government should establish matched systems with the requirements of teachers' professionalization of moral education, and perfect policy systems of promoting teachers' professionalization of moral education ; the university should strengthen the academic research on teachers' professionalization of moral education and the exploration and innovation on the practice mode of teachers" professionalization of moral education; primary and secondary schools should explore how to establish the school-based mode of teachers' professionalization of moral education; while teachers should be the master of their own moral professionalization with self-awareness.
