摘要
在分析螺杆钻具马达特性的基础上 ,认为当螺杆马达的基本结构参数确定以后 ,马达定、转子之间的密封性能是影响螺杆钻具实际特性的主要因素。并根据容积式水力机械的可逆性 ,研制了螺杆马达密封性能测试系统。该系统通过测试马达进出口的压力及循环流量 ,得出压差与马达内部泄漏流量的关系 ,进而推算出螺杆钻具的动力性能 ,为定量评价螺杆钻具的性能及定、转子间的密封状况提供了科学数据。
