摘要
在分析中厚板控制冷却供水及水处理系统中能耗来源的基础上,重点研究了减少能耗的供水流量控制方法。结果表明,中厚板控冷供水节能的关键是在保持高位水箱液位的基础上,尽可能减少供水的溢流率。提出控制溢流和供水压力稳定的液位反馈控制法及前馈+液位反馈控制法。该控制方法适用于全变频泵供水或变频泵与工频泵联合供水方式的自动控制。采用上述供水控制方法后,可取得明显节能效果和经济效益。
Based on analysis sources of energy consumption of water supply and water treatment system for plate controlled cooling, flow control methods of water supply for energy saving was studied. The results show that reduction of overflow rate was tile key point to the plate controlled cooling water supply on the basis of keeping the water level of tank. Water level feedback method and combination method of feedforward and level feedback was suggested for overflow rate control and water supply pressure control. It is suitable for automatic control either in the mode of whole variable-speed pump water supply or in the joint mode of variable-speed pump and frequency pump water supply. Significant energy savings and economic benefits can be achieved after using the above methods of water control.
