摘要 介绍了冷轧机组中碱清洗系统的工艺流程和设计思路,通过实际工程的总结提出了碱清洗系统的某些设计优化,包括:清洗段位置布置在入口活套前后的利弊分析、节流孔板在小循环管路上的使用、刷辊转向的选择和喷梁的布置、自清洗喷梁的使用、碱液循环泵机封冷却水的循环利用、磁滤和无机陶瓷膜超滤技术的应用、漂洗水梯流循环量的计算。 Conventional process flow and design ideas of alkaline cleaning process of cold rolling mill are gener- ally reviewed in the paper. Several optimization of the actual projects are concluded, including the analysis of the pros and cons for the position arranged of degreasing section before and after the entry looper, the utiliza- tion of orifice board in the small cycles pipeline, the turn selection of brush roll and the arrangement of spray beam, the features of self-cleaning spray beam, the discussion on the recycling of water cooling mechanical seal of alkali circulation pump, the application of magnetic filtration and inorganic ceramic membrane ultra filtration process, and the calculation of cascading amount for the rinsing water.
