摘要
辽化聚酯厂对苯二甲酸装置氧化反应自开车以来一直依照英国帝国化学工业公司专利的高温、高压反应操作条件运行 ,结果是醋酸在反应器内燃烧损失很大 ,醋酸单耗一直未达到合同保证值 .为降低酸耗 ,对氧化反应进行了低温运行探索 ,结果证实 ,低温氧化对降低醋酸单耗效果显著 .
The oxidation reaction of PTA plant in Polyester plant of Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber company had been operated on high pressure and high temperature bassed on ICI patent from plant starting.During the operation we found the burning consumption of acetic acid in oxidation reactor was very high and as a reault the consumption of acetic acid was always higher than contract-guaranteed value.In order to reduce the consumption of aceticacid,we did a lower temperature experiment in oxidation reaotion and the result showed that lower temperature oxidation was efficient in the reduction of the consumption of acetic acid.
