摘要
为了研究相关因素对沥青与矿料交互作用能力的影响,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对沥青与矿料交互作用能力的影响因素进行了研究,并通过方差分析法对影响因素的显著性进行了排序,结果表明:在温度与荷载频率一定时,随着粉胶比的增大,沥青和矿料的交互作用能力呈先增大再减小的趋势,出现最佳粉胶比;胶质和沥青质含量高的沥青与矿料的交互作用能力强;石粉的碱性越强,粒度越小,表面积越大,与沥青的交互作用能力越强;各因素对沥青与矿料交互作用能力的贡献大小顺序是胶质+沥青质含量>石粉粒径>SiO2含量>粉胶比。
In order to study the effect of the relevant factors on the interaction ability of asphalt and aggregate, the influencing factors of interaction capability of asphalt and aggregate was researched through dynamic shear rheometer, and the significance of the influencing factors was ordered through variance analysis. The result shows that (1) when temperature and load frequency unchanged, the interaction capability of asphalt and aggregate increasesat first and then decreases with the increase of filler-bitumen ratio, and there exist the optimum filler-bitumen ratio ; (2) the interaction capability of aggregate and asphalt with higher amount of colloid and asphahenes is better; (3) the interaction capability is better if the alkalinity of limestone powder is stronger, the particle size is smaller and the specific surface area is bigger; (4) the order of contribution to the interaction capability of asphalt and aggregate is content of colloid + asphahenes 〉 particle size of limestone powder 〉 content of SiO2 〉 filler-bitumen ratio.
