摘要
对使用年久、陈旧落后的万能试验机采用数控技术进行改造 ,可大大提高其技术性能和使用价值 .研究的重点是被测试件的轴向变形和载荷的测量方法以及如何兼容原试验机操作模式 .差分法的使用可以很好地解决测量的准确性问题 .
The technical performance and use valwu of the ole, used universal experimental machine can be improved highly by using the numerical control technology.The axial distortion of the measured workpiece,the measure method of load and how to use the operation pattern of the original experimental machine were mainly discussed. The metrical accuracy was settled perfectly by the employment of the difference method.
