住院病历中存在的不合理用药问题分析

通过回顾性分析成都军区总医院住院病历中的不合理用药情况,发现存在抗菌药物滥用、止血药滥用、药物选择不当、超说明书用药等问题,说明不合理用药现象在本院普遍存在。医师和药师必须注重自身业务知识和药学相关知识的学习,以提高临床药物治疗质量。

Retrospective analysis of irrational use o{ drugs in inpatient records of the General Hospital of the Chengdu Military Command reveals that there are problems of antibacterial and hemostatic abuse, inappropriate drug selection, medica- tion beyond package insert, indicating that irrational use of drugs widely exists in the hospital. Doctors and pharmacists should pay attention to the study of professional knowledge and related pharmaceutical knowledge, so as to improve the quality of clini- cal pharmaceutical care.
