摘要
将E-VIKOR方法应用于输电网规划的决策,通过建立输电网规划评价指标体系,采用熵权法确定了各个指标的权重,避免了评价过程中评价指标权重确定的主观性和随机性。在VIKOR方法的原理基础上,对混合型多属性决策问题进行了描述,给出了E-VIKOR方法的原理和步骤。通过输电网规划实际算例的具体处理,考虑了最大化群体效益和最小化个体遗憾,得到的决策方案的折中排序合理、可信,说明了该方法有很好的应用价值。
The application of E-VIKOR method to power transmission network planning decisions is proposed. With the establishment of evaluation index system of power transmission network planning, the entropy method is used to de- termine the weight of each index, and the subjectivity and randomness during determining the weight of evaluation index in evaluation process are avoided. Based on the principle of the VIKOR method, the hybrid multiple attribute decision problem is described, the principle and steps of the E-VIKOR method are presented. In a practical example of power transmission planning, maximizing the group utility and minimizing the individual regret are considered, and the com- promise ranking-list obtained shows the reasonableness and credulity, which indicates that the method has very good value.
